CONFESSOR: New Song Available For Preview
June 11, 2004Reunited North Carolina-based progressive metallers CONFESSOR are in the process of signing a management contract with a company based in Raleigh, NC, according to the band's latest newsletter. "They are the same company who used to manage CORROSION OF CONFORMITY," the group write. "The company will shop our [new] demo which is already getting a big buzz out in the public and at some labels. We have had a premixed version of a song from the demo, entitled 'Sour Times', up on our music page for the last month. The response has been amazing!!! We have now upload a final mixed version of another song from the demo, entitled 'Blueprint Soul'."
CONFESSOR split up in the early '90s after releasing one full-length album (1991's "Condemned") and EP (1992's "Confessor"),with the with the rhythm section going on to form FLY MACHINE. CONFESSOR reformed in 2002 following the death of guitarist Ivan Colon, who passed away due to cardiac complications.
